Mislead

I was mislead to leave my car with them after being in an accident as they claimed that they are one of the listed panel Beaters registered with my car insurance company, this meant that I or my insurance company wont have to pay any storage fee but my insurance company confirmed that they are not registered with them which means storage will have to be paid.<br> <br> I believe this is misleading and ***** which I am even willing to sue. They took advantage of me and from what I have heard from my insurance company, most panel beaters does this but most people don't act but I will so your assistance or advise would highly be appreciated.
