Minque Botha - Service Review

I would like to express my gratitude with regards the excellent service I received from Minique at a time when my car was under your care and I was under a lot of distress. She kept the communication lines clear from the first day my vehicle was in the possession of Proline and made it a point that she provides me with detailed continuous updates. I highly appreciate the efforts she put in by telephonically explaining all her emailed reports and other communications, in a manner that a lay man like me, with no mechanical knowledge, would understand. She treated me well until the day I was able to collect my vehicle, even then she made extra provisions for me due to my non-availability. I will never forget her assistance considering my age and colour of skin, which did not compromise her level of excellent service. I hope she receives proper recognition for her great work, that puts Proline's name on the map for good reasons.
