I am writing this review to highly commend Joline for her hard work and outstanding customer service. From the first day she was assigned to my vehicle, her daily communication was flawless. I never had to follow up with her even once to find out what was happening—she always reached out first with a status update. Proline truly has a diamond in Joline. Thank you so much for your excellent job, and I am also very happy with the quality of the repairs on my car!
