*******ly holding a vehicle

The Wynberg branch is holding my vehicle and not allowing it to get released due to they are not supposed to have it, it was supposed to be at another auto body repairer which I received a message stating it was, then to receive a call from Proline asking me to sign some letter, which I refused due to I don't deal with the panel beaters my broker does, never mind that my broker and insurance never knew that they had my vehicle until I asked questions. Now I want my vehicle out and delivered to the correct auto body repairer. This is indirectly theft and if there is additional damage to my vehicle I will hold Proline Autobody responsible.

Shocking that a company can do what they want never mind that it doesn't belong to them but basically *******ly holding a vehicle which no one approved to go there. I will be taking it further if my vehicle doesn't get released.
