We apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused.
Unfortunately unseen damages are difficult to detect. When the vehicle was test driven, the defect was not picked up.
As noted in your complaint, you drove the vehicle for approximately 25km. Only the following day the matter was identified, which is what makes unseen damages tricky to detect.
We have arranged a courtesy vehicle for you whilst we await the authorisation from your Insurer.
