Horrible Service

i have received a terrible service from proline renew it. the lady kayle was unprofessional and rude to us.

We were called at 11:00 and tell us that we must come and pick-up our car or she will charge us a storage. she even sms us banking details with no bank name and my question was this is unprofessional and extremely rude. i will never take my car there there are so many renew out there and i have bee treated very fairly and professional. I have used Renew IT Randburg called in time and give some time to come and collect my car.
