Warm and kind reception received from staff the moment I got in for the first time. Assistance with Covid-19 screening process made me feel protected. Day to day updates on the progress of the repairs ensured that I cold plan my life with less anxiety. The job was was completed within promised time. Oops, the nice cuppa capuccino always on offer!!!! Friendly personnel all around made me feel I was right even when eventually I found myself to be wrong!!!
