Exceptional service Kgomotso Masila
Kgomotso Masila gave me great customer service. She made sure that the whole repair process went smoothly, keep me updated at every stage and i'm even sure she made sure that i get my car back in tip top condition. There is no sign that the car was ever in an accident what so ever, that how good they were.
They even tightened the car on the left hand side of the bumper that was a bit lose and the damage was not caused by the accident.
Car Clean: check All my belongs there: check Service with a smile: check Car fixed: check
lifetime warranty on their paint and 12 months warranty on the parts replaced..... WHAT A WOW.
Above all she is best. If there is an award for employee of the month i strongly recommend that she gets it hands down.
