A short note to once again thank you for your diligence, and kindness in escalating my car through the process. It was SO exciting to get into it yesterday afternoon. And has made me very grateful that I have a nice car to drive. One becomes rather complacent in life and every now and again one needs a wake up call. Although next time the Universe sends me one, I hope it is more gentle.
