Excellent Customer service from Proline Wynberg
After a drag with my claims consultant I was dreading the process of my car going to the auto body shop but I must say I received amazing customer service from Kaylynne, I got a call, sms and email everyday to tell me what was happening and how far along the repair process my car was. Got a call from her to offer me a paint job special they had running and she offered to get a car to pick me up from work to come collect my car. Thanks for the amazing customer service. For a first time car owner, being in an accident for the first time was traumatic and the claim process was tedious but you guys really made the final process towards getting my car a breeze.
