Disappointing workmenship and service

The front bumper on my car doesn't align properly after panelbeating work done at Proline. This is so noticable and sticks out like a sore thumb. Even after an assembly technician was sent to my office to attempt re-repairing my car, I'm still struggling to get this fixed properly. This technician seemed so inexperienced and after all his fiddling I was concerned he might break something on the bumper. I had to opt to return the car to Proline for proper repairs, which is such an inconvenience and out of the way. As I need a courtesy car, as this is a comeback and I can't do without a car, I've been told for a while that there weren't any available, as they were all being used by other clients. Then I'm told that all the courtesy cars had to go for a service so again none are available?<br> <br> This is frustrating and annoying and I'm mostly the one following up on this and trying to sort it out. Given the cost of repairs and the excess I had to pay, this is so not worth it. I can't believe this is a VW approved autobody. I wish I'd read up on negative reviews on this company before as I never would have taken my car there had I known the poor quality checks, workmenship and service...
