Deplorable, time consuming and disgustingly poor client service

I have had the misfortune of having to enlist the sevices of the Sandhurst branch. They had to change the locks of my car and repaint where necessary. When I first got the car back, it was not in the condition I gave them. It was missing blackouts, had paint marks where they shouldn't have been , the overall service was just disheartening. It was deplorable to say the least. I am not happy with their client service at all. I felt disrespected and received no consideration for any of the inconvenience I suffered as a result of their poor workmanship and service to me. As it stands, I've been sitting at the body shop for almost three hours waiting for them to fit the black outs on my car (something that should have taken then 1hour according to them). No apologies offered just excuses after excuses. I would not recommend them even if I was offered money to.
