First Help Towing took my vehicle to Proline against instruction over a week ago. Proline have failed to release my vehicle in spite of numerous requests, emails and telephonic calls. Their behaviour has caused me at least an extra week of inconvenience, simply because they will not release a vehicle they have no right to have received in the first place. #kidnappedcar?
