Bad workmanship. Bad customer service. Avoid.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I'll try and keep this short. After they "completed" my car, I went back more than 5 times for them to fix their terrible workmanship. Every time they claimed they had fixed something, I always had to take my car back. They also tried to take shortcuts with the repair e.g. Bending the hinges of my boot instead of replacing them which they had to do eventually due to the massive panel gaps that their repair work left. The situation got so bad, that my insurance company had to get involved and the matter was escalated. Even after all of this, they still couldn't fix my car properly. I decided to give up and opted to take my car elsewhere at my own cost and not to return my car to them again. This was after they put a dent in my roof whilst trying to fix another problem. It is badly managed, they don't care about their customers once amounts have been paid and the guys working on the cars are really bad at repairs. Send your car their at your own risk.
