Bad luncheon not the worst taste of the service you will receive at Proline Panel Beaters

Proline Panel beaters Pathetic. Despite the fat that the Proline Panel beaters quote being 3 times more the other quotes I received, they were deemed the approved panel beater to repair my car (likely some greedy corporate flowback to your own but lets not get distracted) by the Insurance. Other Panel beaters estimated 2 days - how long can it take to spray and fit a new front bumper - but they needed the car for 3 weeks. I was unhappy regarding this and stated to my insurance that I am not comfortable to provide Proline Staff with lunch quarters and radio for 3 weeks. Proline were so pushy and told my Insurance I cannot back out and that they must fix my car. Well despite the car being ready (don't know why they commit to a time if the car is not ready by that time) when I collected the left sun visor was broken off and not even lying around in the car. Unless you fix front bumpers through the sun visor (I am not a panel beater) someone at Proline had a rather rough lunch inside my car whilst breaking of the sun visor. This was Monday - now it is Wednesday, they promised every day to come and fix it at my house. I am so surprised this ***********, useless company has not pitched to fix what they broke.
