Bad finishing

We sent our vehicle for repairs through our insurance company. The work looked good but as time went on you notice bad finishing work. We took it back because they forgot to tuck in the roof lining. they fixed this. Now i notice that on the passenger side the clipping of the vehicle armrest is not done and the door joint is not properly done. I called them again and they took my details etc and no one bothered to call back. very annoying
