Bad customer service, bad workmanship

Arg, I'm actually angry ,nomthandazo is unreachable, all day, doesn't return calls, upon collection of my car, I was unhappy with the work done, light wasn't inserted right, together with the rubber light, door handle had black stains, paint wasn't really dry, in some areas it had bubbles, was told that they will call me back to return the car to fix all my complains since I picked it up on a Friday, a week later ,I still haven't gotten any updates, when I call nomthandazo is either not in her desk, or she's on lunch , she doesn't even bother calling back,I'm stuck with a car I'm unhappy about, worse part they claimed from my insurance and honestly I'm not happy with the car. I'm so angry and I'm suppose to travel for work with this car
