Absolutely disappointing - No contact
Honestly, I withdraw my 5 star rating!!!
A part was fitted on my vehicle after my accident, that came off (not due to my negligence) but because the part was not tightened properly . I have called, been to the Wynberg branch, and have been told numerous times that my part is on its way... Still NO communication received to date on WHEN it will be received!!!
I have been calling the Managers, the point of contact assigned to my vehicle and the switch board, and NO answer. This matter has been ongoing since September and still not been resolved.
How is it that you receive great service up to a point, until you have to then go and make it a public matter for action to be taken??
Please can you get a hold of me as you know who I am, and let me know WHEN my part will be received, and WHEN I can bring in my vehicle to fit the part???
I have been patiently and consistently asking about this for the last how many months!!!
