48 Hour quote

My car was collected for evaluation on the morning of Thursday 31st March 2016.<br> <br> I was told it would take 48 hours (in writing) for the quote to be completed and sent through to myself and my insurances.<br> <br> It is now Tuesday 5th April and I am yet to receive the quote.<br> <br> I have contacted your offices and my insurance multiple times. <br> Both my insurance and myself have left messages for people to get back to us (Multiple times), which has not happened..<br> <br> When will I receive a quote?<br> When will someone bother to return my phone call?<br> Why was I told 48 hours if you do not keep to your self appointed timelines?<br>
