Proline notebook has the worst lifespan

I have a Proline laptop which is just over a year old. The model number is V146B2. This is one of the worst notebooks I have ever had as sound driver does not work all the time. My battery has also recently got swollen even though I hardly used it. My notebook would not even work or come on without it being charged.
