Poor after sales service

Bought a proline windows 10 tablet under 2 years ago. The battery is not holding the charge as it is supposed to. Contacted Proline many occasions and via email. They say that they have discontinued the product and parts are not available. I will never buy proline ever again. After sales and ability to get service and assistance is atrocious and sad. My next buy will be with Huawei or Samsung or Apple... Anyone thinking of Proline... Consider against the possibility of not being able to use the product due to poor after sales service.
