Never EVER buy a proline product, or you'll cry like I do.

If you wanna buy a TV, NEVER EVER buy a Proline, or any of their devices for that matter.

I wrote an email to them days ago complaining about a sound problem I have and they didn't bother to reply. I sent them an inbox on Facebook, they asked for proof of he email I sent, but still they didn't assist.

Their customer service is EXTREMELY POOR, go for other brands that know customer service. If there was a world cup of being useless, proline will definitely take the trophy.

They are well groomed and oiled in the art of USELESS.
