Just BS

I wish I could review this as the ****piest ever. From trying to get in touch with them to the product itself. Had my laptop for less than 6 months and in last month it just died on me completely. Tried using a universal charger thinking this could be the issue but no, no power on it at all. Try getting in touch with someone for help, no way to get through, calls unanswered and facebook unresponsive, emails unanswered. Sh*t service, sh*t product but I paid for it!!! Hope your company goes down!
