Horrible quality

I bought the proline laptop bundle from Lewis. This is the worst quality ever. I had problems since day one but couldn't return it immediately because I had assignments to complete and this was my main reason for getting the laptop.. Now exactly what I feared was going to happen is happening.. I now sent it in for them to check to it out and I'm waiting for over a month to get it back or exchanged. Now I have my second semester assignments due and no laptop... But I'm paying my account on time.. *the laptop didn't close properly *the letter M not working right *the screen freezes and goes blank sometimes *the charger also gave in just before I sent it in
