Disappointed and unhappy customer

I bought a proline laptop last year as I needed one for my assignments and online classes. I have been struggling with it for months now. The battery never charges full and it has shutdown apparently from an empty battery even though it was plugged in. I can't attend online classes until the end because the laptop shuts down. The touch pad freezes sometimes and the screen goes blank at times. When typing the words appear a few seconds behind. This is the worst laptop I have ever used...and the reviews I have seen do not make me feel anybetter.
