Poor Communication and delay

I am extremely disappointed with the delay in getting my car repaired. It has been close to two months, and my vehicle is still not fixed because the bumper is on back order. I understand that parts can sometimes be delayed, but waiting this long is unacceptable and has caused a lot of inconvenience.

I expected better service and communication throughout this process. The lack of progress and the long waiting period have been extremely frustrating.
