PRO-LIFE nelspruit Not so caring after all

We adopted 3 kittens in the month of February only to find out at the end of February they are very sick, I. E runny stomach, vomiting, appetite loss, and increased times of appetite gain... I have a 19 month girl and can't afford her getting sick with a bacterial infection and it costs us a lot in cleaning products,kitty litter, and kitty food. Seeing that we paid R450. 00 per kitten that includes sterilization and if they have symptoms of a runny tummy we can take them back for a check-up. So we did after we struggled to get an appointment even after we told them the kittens are getting worse, they have been back at prolife's vet for almost 2 weeks now.... The first 3 days it was a tummy infection "" all kittens get it""... After a week the kittens were over dosed with too much antibiotics and need to stay a few days for the medication to leave their system,(first of all that's neglegance) going into the 2nd week and we have been told they are not 100% and need to stay for observation.... This is f#### ridiculous. They were supposed to be in the vet for 3 days, they were booked for 3 days. Not only are they giving us the run around regarding our pets the lady at reseption not sure what her name is... Catherine.... Kristin.... She is rude... Arrogant... Sarcastic... And inconsiderate... She keep on promising us she wil phone with an update ... Still to this day she never phoned... When we phone she is sarcastic and very rude, she is arrogant and think everything is a joke... This is very poor coming from prolife, we as a family went out of our way opened our hearts and home for 3 kittens, only to find out they are sick with infections. We did the right thing and took them back immediately... Only to be treated like *******, prolife gives families sick animals and then act like it's your fault for being considerate and worried about their health. Don't get me wrong the vet is okay till an extend but I'm convinced they're not completely sure what they are doing. My daughter is sad because for a month she had kittens, each time there is a collection date they move it 3-4 days onward... My husband is mad, because this lady at front desk tries his patience an goodwill each time he phones, We will be collecting our animals tomorrow and take them to west acres animal clinic as we had previous animals with them, and they are fantastic.
