DON'T EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PROKARD ****

I have been a Prokard Explorer member since 2017, and it is shocking how unprofessional and useless this membership has become, it's literally like it is a state-owned enterprise. I have literally tried 5 random dates during this year, and not once can I find a single Hotel in the ENTIRE country that can accommodate. And when phoning the Prokard Membership customer service, all they can ever say is, sorry sir we cannot do anything to help. This membership is literally now useless. You can't dictate when members need to travel when you have one date available in the year if they want to stay at a specific Hotel. It is an absolute JOKE if you go through the entire year to actually see possible dates at a single Hotel.

And now they are forcing members to PRINT OUT actual dining forms when wanting to use your digital Prokard Membership card for dining discounts??? Like all members have printers in their Hotel rooms - and this in a world where literally almost EVERYTHING has become digital, and ease of use - how stupid!! Whoever came up with that idea should honestly be let go - what happened to literally providing your Prokard to be scanned - how much more proof do you need, when you can see if it's active or not.

TOTAL AND COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!
