Terrible service and lack of delivery

A couple of weeks ago I entrusted some furniture to Prince from Pro Image to re-upholster for me. He promised them back within a few days. Despite his initial promised date of delivery, the chairs were eventually delivered more than a week late and only after numerous calls and follow ups on my part and never any courtesy calls from him explaining the delays. <br> <br> When the cushions and chairs eventually arrived, two of the three items were in completely the wrong size, fabric, colour and pattern. Prince promised to come see me to discuss the issue and rectify/choose new fabric as he advised telephonically that the fabric I had chosen was discontinued. He then cancelled at the last minute and assured me that he had managed to source the correct fabric. He promised that I would receive the correct cushions within a few days. One week later and I am yet to receive the cushions. Every time I manage to speak to the man, he makes promises to deliver and never arrives. Most of the time, however he refuses to even answer my calls. <br> <br> I have no idea whether I will ever see the correct cushions and I am most frustrated by this terrible experience.
