Please avoid Progressive Insurance on 4601 Fairfax Dr in Arlington. This office is either completely *********** or running a ****. Despite repeated phone calls to try get an insurance quote we have just been hung up on for no reason when we have tried to validate any information or try come to the office in person.

If this was a proper progressive office and calls were recorded then the office would be shut down.
