Progressive Impressions/Finishing Touches - service delivery - non existent

No customer service at all, Rowena the regional manager is useless.

Blinds that I ordered was wrong, size and color, the 4 blinds I ordered was not even the same color. Then I am waiting to get it fixed, been 2 months - and if I don't ask and follow up nothing happens. I gave it a 1 star rating, because their is nothing lower than that otherwise - I would have given it a minus.

The service is not bad, something that is bad at least you can measure, but this, there is nothing to measure, so bad is an overstatement.
