I sent an application though for a house renting by this company. They received all the accurate documents from me and obtained very good references from mine and my fiances employment. Our current and previous landlords/agents gave good references as well. We earned more then enough to afford the rent. I had to call in to their offices to get an answer regarding the outcome of our application. I was told that we were declined because we have 3 kids aged (5,2,8 month)
