Beware this company

Progressive Housing Investments or PHI owns many residential and commercial properties in the central Cape Town area. They're probably the worst company to have the misfortune of renting a property from as any of their tenants will attest. The owners, the Singer family, David Singer, Adam Singer, and Leon Singer care absolutely nothing for their tenants. DO NOT rent from this company. No matter how tempting it is. <br> <br> They believe their tenants only exist to pay them. They care nothing for their safety or wellbeing. They are absolute bureaucrats and haggle over every single Rand.<br> <br> Below is a list of how they tend to operate. <br> o Promised security upgrades over a YEAR AND A HALF overdue.<br> o Extremely late reimbur*****t of deposits on leaving. Sometimes months late. Legally this is meant to be 7 days.<br> o Rental increases over 15%!<br> o They force tenants to show their own property when they want to leave and fine them if they do not.<br> o Uncaring attitude if you are ****** or burgled which happens a lot. <br> o Their own workers making noise at any time in any of their properties, with NO prior warning. <br> <br> BEWARE OF PHI PROGRESSIVE HOUSING INVESTMENTS IN CAPE TOWN
