had an skylight installation done in July 2017 by the company, the light fitting was mounted on the downpipe, when raining and switch the light on, the main switch tripped, leaks of rain water all over the floor. had the same problem a week ago when raining, phoned the company, was told to pay R750 as the guarantee expires after a year. The owner's daughter runs new orders and complaints with terrible attitude. I was told by her to email my quote to her which I have done last week, still awaits her reply. the skylight have costs me R18500.00 ... no one from the company do an inspection after the work is being done. will never recommend anyone to waist their money like I did on this company. worst off all, the area the skylight were installed are being used as our laundry with two washing machines and an tumble dryer, and the dog's kennel with their beds are under the skylight, so when raining, all these are dripped on and the floor is wet.
