No after sales service

I phoned the company to come out and do maintenance on the skylight they installed. The owner Paul came out to inspect the roof and from there on the problems started. I had to phone him back to find out when they can come out. He then firstly had to remind me there will be a cost (Thought that was quite rude) paid my deposit and the balance with no problems before. He then told me there is three leaks, I then asked him how does he know this and I was told my mother and the **** told him so. I then rep**** and said that’s where the water drips out but it’s not the source of the problem as the roof slopes it can be anywhere. I also said that’s your field of expertise I am sure you know what to do. I was then told by Paul that they have big jobs now, and will not be able to assist me, but his office will get back to me. “with a bad attitude” I have send whatsapp messages to him a few times he just ignores me, told him I am going to place msg on hellopeter but that did not help either. Phone him before I posted this message and the reply I got was I don’t know how Whatsapp works. This is the reply from a business owner/MD of the company. Do you think I am stupid PAUL
