Big up Progress panel beaters noord

Had an accident and Progress panel beaters Noord was one of the repairers approved by my insurer. I have to say their level of service is excellent and they communicated every progress of the car via SMS, WhatsApp and email ( via the *** links). Customer service is exceptional as I always had someone to talk to in relation to my car. They went and extra mile and fought for what is right in the repairs, sticking to the car (VW) brand SLA's . I am happy with the quality of the repairs and the the time it took. Only disappointed with my insure who was a problem in the process and Progress made it clear that they were not in the wrong by being transparent providing full proof of emails and receipts of the process. I would recommend them to anyone that wants proper workmanship and guarantee. 3 years guarantee on paint and you can gladly return any complains within the stipulated time frame.
