I accompanied a friend of mine on 9th January to this enterprise as he had a problem with his radiator leaking water. When it was explained to Waleed, he acknowledged it is a mystery to him. He left the store to inspect all relevant parts physically, and when my friend eventually decided to replace a part, Waleed back to fetch the part and fitted it on. He said he still was not convinced it was the perfect solution, but as the vehicle owner insisted he went along. Now, that was customer service at its absolute best.
