Terrible after sales service

These guys are not interest in helping you once the initial product has been installed and they have your money.

I have had to constantly call and beg for replies to my emails. Promises made over the telephone are rarely fulfilled. I have had an indoor fireplace and outdoor braai supp****/fitted by these guys and when both had issues with the chimney not drawing I had to beg and plead to get them to attend to the issue. The lounge fireplace got sorted after about 5 visits although they still ignore multiple requests to fit stronger brackets on the outside wall as the flimsy ones they supp**** bend in the wind.

My braai smokes the entire patio and house out as the smoke does not go up the chimney but they are very reluctant to help as this is going to require them to do a bit of thinking/troubleshooting.

These guys cannot handle the amount of work they are taking on.
