Paid in full, received non-functional tracking details, still no delivery
I am currently experiencing a very similar situation. I also paid via EFT, received a shipping confirmation and tracking number, but I have been unable to verify the shipment and my order has still not arrived. I’m currently trying to resolve the matter with ProGolf Hub. If it turns out we’ve had the same experience, I’d appreciate hearing how your case was handled.

WARNING: PRO GOLF HUB – Order #3928 – Non-Delivery & Unresponsive (*****ulent Business Account)
I am writing this to warn the golf community about The Pro Golf Hub (theprogolfhub.co.za). I placed an order for a Mizuno MP-62 iron set (Order #3928) and paid via EFT into their Standard Bank Business account (***) on 20 April 2026. Since the payment was made, the company has completely ghosted me. I have sent over 10 emails and WhatsApp messages with zero response. Their website contains 'Lorem Ipsum' placeholder text and they have no verified physical address. I have already taken the following steps: Reported the business account to Standard Bank’s ***** Division. Initiated a formal Payment Recall via TymeBank. Lodging a ******** case for Cybercrime/Online ***** with SAPS. IF YOU ARE A VICTIM: If you have also been ****med by 'The Pro Golf Hub' or have paid into the Standard Bank account ending in 75494, please comment on this review or get in touch. We are gathering a group of victims to escalate a joint ******** case and ensure this 'business' account is shut down permanently. Do not trust the professional-looking website. It is a trap to harvest EFT payments.

****- After i made the eft for the Ping driver i bought i was blocked on the WhatsApp and no emails are rep**** to. No communication after payment was made except for receiving an email to say my order is ready for shipment. stay away!!!
