non payment

On the 17th December 2015 I sold a generator to Kobus Dreyer from Progen engineering in Pretoria for R250000.00, .He gave me a 15kva generator to the value of R43000.00 , and did an eft for R150000.00, and asked me to trust him, and let him take the generator , and he would pay the balance of R57000.00 in a day or two once he was paid by Afrox for generators that he had supp**** to them. Since then every day I phone him , and send him messages and the story is always the same , he is waiting for payment from Wesbank for generators that he supp**** them , but will make a plan , in the next hour , this has been going on for over a month. <br> To all suppliers do not supply Progen engineering unless you have been paid in full. <br> Kobus Dreyer is not a man of his word.
