Profusion Administrators - worst service imaginable

Service at Profusion Administrators is non existent. I took out a Retrenchment cover 2 years ago when I bought my vehicle, hoping that if I do get retrenched one day that I will at least be covered for a few months. That is not the case, they never get back to you, they always asking for the same documents to be submitted an lastly, the underwriter which they are using, called Profusion Administrators, don't assist at all. It's been almost 7 weeks since I've been retrenched and since all documents have been submitted, and still no outcome. I will not recommend people to purchase any vehicles from Fury Fourways, not to take out a Retrenchment cover with them as they will not pay you and lastly, not to insure or take out any risk cover with Profusion Administrators as they will think of any reason not to process your claim
