Profound online books store are ********* and unprofessional

Profound books online book store: Dishonest with no service Profound books were hosting a book launch for SA authors which was exciting and which I attended as an author. They asked if I wanted a banner and because it was last minute I had to pay more, which was fine because the banner was a great idea. ON the day, my banner arrived without the stand, so Kim leant a stand to me and promised that she would have the stand before the end of the day, which did not happen. Then Victorine said she would be willing to resolve the issue and send the banner stand to a friend who lived nearby. This was in October 2021. It is March 2022. I have been trying to get in contact with them. Victorine is the only one who answers her WhatsApp and calls, but then tells me that she can only focus on the advert that she has sent out and that she is not willing to help resolve my issue with the banner because it was up to Kim to sort out the banner. I tried to contact Kim but she doesn't answer her phone, her emails, or her WhatsApp, their landline does not work, their online profile where you can ask questions does not get answered. They have taken my money and are happy to take my books but yet they have not put my books on their online store and have not bothered to contact me back. I was forced to drive to their store to at least get my books back. I find their service is very shoddy and ***** and I would not recommend them to anyone.
