Slowforce Safety? Security? Unknown...

Sadly there isn't a way for me to put no stars. Never before have I experienced such incompetence. I have been waiting from June for a copy of my contract. My contract legally began with them on the 1stbof July. A guy by the name of Shaun Dookie came to my home to have me sign the contract in June however the contract date was as at the beginning of July. To this very day I am still awaiting a copy of my contract. Everytime I call I am told he is out of the office. Given that I have my own security system all they had to do was change the radio. This took almost 2 weeks. Thereafter not even one month later a deduction was made from my account for the monthly fee three times. I had to reverse the payments made from my account. Today 29 October, I could not get a hold of my mother and I was very worried because it is unlike her not to answer her phone so I called the security company. The guy I finally got though to was telling me he could not hear me and that is was breaking up. He then asked me what my address was and kept repeating the wrong information. I put the phone down and found other means to get a hold of my mother to make sure she was safe. I then got home from work and tried to confirm that I actually have an account with Pro Force and the same guy who had answered earlier answered and still could not give me information on my account. He could not confirm my address, street name or phone number. How then would they identify me in a case of an emergency? Which address would they go to for this emergency? Would they arrive at all as i am an unknown according to their records? Is this what security is about? Blue security is the way to go, do not ever entrust your safety to proforce.
