Worst medical aid I've ever been on. Inconsistencies in information, rediculous expectations from their members, rude supervisors that interrupt you halfway through your sentence. Allways an excuse to pay out. Telling you your pregnancy should be "per annuam". Allocating benefits incorrectly through *********** claim allocators and then leaving their members who are already paying dearly for their "professional" service, empty pocketed.
