WILL NOT PAY CLAIMS

<p>We have been members af this medical aid since Feb 2008 and until this year (2016) did not make any claims. The plan is a hospital plan for emergencies and hospitalization.</p> <p>We had an emergency recently and the medical aid rejected to pay for the claims. </p> <p>The agents on the phone are also very rude and will not answer any question directly as to what is the reasons for not payment and absolutelly not helpful and willing in trying to resolve the issue. </p> <p>To me, as a member and a client, we have been left hanging and ask ourselves...what are we paying for.</p> <p>I would not recommend this medical aid to anyone.</p> <p> </p>
