UNPROFESSIONAL PROFMED
I changed to PROFMED in 2021 and had a waiting period of 12 months for PMB / Chronic Meds to become payable . For the last year the Doctor has motivated , the pharmacy and 2 nd Doctor has motivated and I have asked on numerous occasions why they dont pay or on one med they used to pay about 2 % of the cost . DO THEY RETURN EMAILS OR QUERIES ======= A BIG ZERO :NO. I will revert to my previous scheme , FEDHEALTH , far more interactive . Promed are meant to be there for professional but they are far from professional themselves
