Unprofessional Profmed
Emailed Trynie du Plessis in Retentions on Fri, 18 Feb, 13:30. No reply. Followed up again with her Mon, 21 Feb, by trying to call her - no answer. So, emailed her again 09:48. No reply. Emailed her again 15:55. Still no reply. Called into their call center. Long wait, so left a message for them to call me back. Needless to say, no call-back. Incredibly unprofessional. This is an urgent matter.
