Unprofessional Profmed
I am concerned about the handling of claims. Well documented, legitimate claims take forever to resolve. After several administrative excuses, it seems be forever before the fund pays out. Are you guys in financial trouble / why are you trying to stall the process? Do you need to train the staff?
