Unhappy

I have been getting constant phone calls from Profmed Authorisation, which I'm not even a member of, regarding someone else's recent hospital visit. I have phoned to let them know I am not that person and I'm neither a member of Profmed, they have been putting me through from one number to the next with no help, then finally I came across a consultant Dolly, which for some reason also battled to understand my situation and I was called stupid after I guess she thought she hung up on me which was not the case. They need to teach their consultants manners. All I need is for Profmed to stop phoning and harassing me and sort out their own mess regarding the person they are actually looking for.
