Took extra money but never gave service

Hi There ,<br> <br> I took member ship from Profmed with cheap plan but they took extra money.<br> I went to physiothe****** with profmed medical aid ,profmed is suppose pay money to physiothe****** but they never pay.<br> Profmed is cheating people by taking extra money from clients and paying bills.
